The senior management team at Boyd Metals recently embarked upon a journey to determine and document exactly what we as a company stand for. Out of this, we developed a set of core values to serve as the guiding principles for the men and women of Boyd Metals.
In determining our core values, we felt they must reflect how we as a company actually act and behave - not just how we want to act and behave. A core value is only true if it has an active influence and if the people or company live by it.

While we at Boyd Metals have always strived to live out our business lives in these ways, before now, it has never been documented.
Going forward, we will not only endeavor to live out these core values, but will be talking about them in meetings, displaying them in our facilities, implementing them in our employee orientations and working to ensure they define our culture.
